Nadja Jaisli ist Co-Leiterin der Schiedsgerichtspraxis bei Bär & Karrer und befasst sich vorwiegend mit internationalen Schiedsverfahren und der Prozessführung vor Schweizer Gerichten. Sie hat breite Erfahrung als Parteivertreterin vor staatlichen Gerichten und in internationalen Schiedsverfahren (sowohl ad hoc als auch institutionell). Besondere Erfahrung hat Nadja Jaisli in den Bereichen Banken und Finanzdienstleistungen, Pharma und Bauwesen, und sie führt regelmässig komplexe Verfahren in Bezug auf M&A- Transaktionen, Joint Ventures und Aktionärbindungsverträge, Lizenz- und Lieferverträge sowie erbrechtliche Streitigkeiten. Neben ihrer Tätigkeit als Parteivertreterin ist Nadja Jaisli häufig auch als Schiedsrichterin tätig (insbesondere unter ICC, Swiss, DIS und VIAC Rules).

Nadja Jaisli ist Mitglied des Vorstands der Schweizerischen Vereinigung für Schiedsgerichtsbarkeit (ASA) und hält regelmässig Vorträge und publiziert im Bereich der internationalen Streitbeilegung.
